Subscriptions and billing

Paid features require an active subscription. Trial periods, renewal terms, pricing, and billing dates are presented at checkout and in your account dashboard.

Intellectual property

ChartKit, including software, branding, and content we provide, remains our intellectual property and is protected by applicable laws.

Disclaimer of warranties

ChartKit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ChartKit.

Termination and updates

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the service. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
